Dinner :)

Tonight's dinner was awesome. We went to a very fancy restaurant with really good food.  I had an awesome time talking with Claudia and Ben about very strange topics. These included Ben's fear of guinea pigs, my track record with pets, and Claudia's problem with snakes. We also had a strange conversation about the fruit in our dessert.  It was a smallish, yellow, cherry shape. Our descriptions varied and included: strawberry, tomato, fig, orange, cherry, and kumquat. We asked the man what it was, but his accent was so thick that we couldn't understand him.  It was a major bummer. I know I only put food on my Food! page, but I've gotta include this one in this post. It looks like an orange/yellow cherry (It was more orange, but the camera didn't capture the colors perfectly). For our dinner, we either had a choice of an appetizer and entree or an entree and a dessert.  The dessert was panna cotta, which was a custard-type dish. It was amazing! My entree was a ravioli/salmon dish. It had spinach-filled ravioli with chunks of salmon in the sauce. The reason that I'm describing this in such detail is because this meal was so great.  We will have a super busy week, so I'm sure that our dinners won't be this dramatic. Well, that's all folks. Tomorrow we plan to go to Skapa and the Gothenburg University, so plan on hearing a lot about that. :)
