Mon, Jan 16th:
I forgot my camera when we went to breakfast this morning, but I ate an egg and some tasteless cereal and then drank 2 cups of coffee.

Lunch!
Yes, that is a giant cream puff!! It was amazing! And they gave me a peach fizzy water.. That wasn't good, but the puff made up for it.
I also got some awesome soup. It was called Dragan Soppa. It had lots of veggies and was super yummy.

Dinner!!! Our appetizer was a fried cheese curd with strange jam.

Olive oil and butter for our bread
Salmon, potatoes, and some strange-but-amazing sauce... it was amazing... mmmmmm

Mike's dish was cod, potatoes, and veggies. Wow it looks like art :)

Sun, Jan 15th:
So for breakfast I tried making oatmeal... It didn't work well. I am clearly not a cook.

For lunch, I got super yummy bread and seafood soup.
This was the Swedish meatball meal that Austin got.
This was the seafood soup. It had salmon, crab, potatoes, and spring rolls. It was super yummy.

Dinner was amazing! It was ravioli, salmon, and zucchini with basil leaves on top as a garnish.

This was the dessert, called panna cotta. It was an amazing custard with little fruits that were unlabeled and unknown. It tasted great anyway...

Sat, Jan 14th:
I ate a granola bar for breakfast and forgot to take a picture of my tiramisu lunch :(

Our appetizer, olives and bread. mmm so good!

I forgot to take a picture!!
My table went through 3 plates of these olives. They were waaaay better than American olives. Probably because I ate them in Sweden...

This dish was an open-faced sandwich with shrimp, mayo, and lettuce. It was so good that I ate it immediately.

Fri, Jan 13th:
Plane food :/

The food in Copenhagen!

My dinner was a swan...

...that opened up to reveal amazing pasta and chicken!!
